For this project, our entire goal was to show the real people - people with a name, a face, and experiences - working in real places to site visitors. To do this, we created overall branding that was intimate and authentic. This branding included a new, modern logo and a site design that allows the story of the industry to unfold as visitors browse through.
120 Years of History
We kept the intimate feel throughout the site with the inclusion of beautifully composed farm and farmer photos, which we shot on location on various farms, historical photos, graphic elements that feel like story pieces, and video interviews with actual farmers talking in their own words about mushroom farming. It’s a site that lets visitors peek behind the farm and leaves them knowing more about the people who grow those yummy mushrooms.
